All New Sunray Students will need to bring the following documents to the front office:  

What to Bring:

• 3 Proofs of Residency (Mortgage/lease, Utility bill,and Drivers License)

•  Student’s Original Birth Certificate

•  Student’s Social Security Card

•  Immunization Record and Physical (dated on or after August 14, 2016)
